Typewriter and calculator collection

The Foundation of Finnish Business College sr has acquired a collection of typewriters in 1989, to celebrate the fact that business had been taught in Finland for 150 years. More typewriters have been added continuously to the collection since, and now the collection comprises more than 600 typewriters and calculators. Many of them are collector’s items. The oldest machines are from the 1880s. The collection is one of the most extensive in Europe.

There is also office furniture manufactured by the Billnäs company on display at the typewriter museum.
